At RAD Children's Furniture, we believe children's furniture should be safe, durable, and built to grow with your child. That’s why we stand behind our craftsmanship with a 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
If a defect is found, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
What’s Covered ✅
- Defects in materials, workmanship, or glue
- Structural issues that affect functionality
What’s Not Covered ❌
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, stains, discoloration, etc.)
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper storage
- Modifications or alterations (including painting or drilling)
- Damage from moisture, outdoor use, or exposure to extreme conditions
- Surface markings, natural variations in wood grain, knots, or texture
- Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
Wood & Natural Materials
Wood is strong and long-lasting, but as a natural material, it develops character over time. Variations in grain, knots, or texture are not defects but unique features that make each piece one of a kind.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

RAD RETURNS

We understand that plans change! If you need to return a product, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth process.
Key Points to Remember
- Unused Condition Required: Only unused and unassembled items in their original packaging are eligible for returns.
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping. We will provide a return shipping label at our discounted rates, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns.
- Exclusions: We cannot accept returns for RAD Redux products or custom orders.
How to Set Up a Return
- Click here to start the return process.
- Log in to your account:
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Open the email from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
- Go back to the online store and enter the code to access your account.
- Submit a return request:
- Select the order you want to return.
- If your order includes multiple items, choose the specific items to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note if needed.
- Click Request Return.
- Receive shipping instructions:
- Once approved, you’ll receive an email with a return shipping label and further instructions.
- Process your refund:
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the item in its original, unused condition.

- Returns that don’t meet the above criteria may incur an additional restocking fee or be returned to you at your expense. We will contact you to discuss options if this occurs.
