RAD WARRANTIES

At RAD Children's Furniture, we stand behind the quality of our products. All of our furniture is covered under a 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

If a defect is found, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

What’s Covered:

✅ Defects in materials, workmanship, or glue

What’s Not Covered:

❌ Normal wear and tear
❌ Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper storage
❌ Modifications or alterations to the product
❌ Surface markings or natural variations in wood grain, knots, or texture
❌ Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser

Commercial & High-Traffic Use

This warranty applies to typical residential use. For schools, daycares, and other high-traffic settings, increased wear is expected. Warranty claims for these environments will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Wood & Natural Materials

Wood is an incredibly durable, long-lasting material, but like all natural products, it develops character over time. Variations in wood grain, color, knots, or texture are natural and not considered defects. These unique features are a sign of quality craftsmanship, making each piece one of a kind.

International Warranty Claims

For international orders, standard shipping rates apply to any replacement parts provided under warranty.

RAD RETURNS

We understand that plans change! If you need to return a product, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth process.

Key Points to Remember

  • Unused Condition Required: Only unused and unassembled items in their original packaging are eligible for returns.
  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping. We will provide a return shipping label at our discounted rates, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns.
  • Exclusions: We cannot accept returns for RAD Redux products or custom orders.

How to Set Up a Return

  1. Click here to start the return process.
  2. Log in to your account:
    • Enter your email address and click Continue.
    • Open the email from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
    • Go back to the online store and enter the code to access your account.
  3. Submit a return request:
    • Select the order you want to return.
    • If your order includes multiple items, choose the specific items to return.
    • Select a return reason and add a note if needed.
    • Click Request Return.
  4. Receive shipping instructions:
    • Once approved, you’ll receive an email with a return shipping label and further instructions.
  5. Process your refund:
    • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the item in its original, unused condition.

Additional Information

  • Returns that don’t meet the above criteria may incur an additional restocking fee or be returned to you at your expense. We will contact you to discuss options if this occurs.
