What ages are your products suitable for?

Our products are suitable for children from the time they can sit up, which is typically around 6 months, until they are about 5 years old. This is the age range where we believe children can get maximum fun from our products. However, children up to 12 years old have been known to enjoy our furniture. Please use your discretion and your knowledge of your child's abilities to allow them to explore safely under supervision.

What are the size variations for the Climbing Triangles?

Pikler Size: With a height of 29", this is the most versatile triangle, suitable for children from the age of 6 months up to approximately 5 years old.

Jumbo Size: At a height of 41" and featuring a slightly steeper climbing angle, this size is best suited for children aged 2.5 years and above.

What is the weight limit on your Climbing Triangles?

We recommend a maximum weight of 100 lbs per child for our Climbing Triangles and Arch.

Can I sit on or stand on your products as an adult?

Our play structures are designed for children under 100 lbs. However, our chairs and stools can safely support adults up to 200 lbs and can be used as step stools.

How difficult is it to put together? What tools do I require?

Our furniture requires minimal assembly, needing only an Allen key, which we provide along with online instructions. If your order includes over 20 screws, we'll also include hex drill bits to make assembly quicker. An electric drill could be useful but isn't necessary. How do I clean my RAD Furniture?

To clean your furniture, use a non-toxic mixture of vinegar and warm water. Spray the surface and wipe it with a clean cloth. Never soak or immerse wooden furniture in water as it can cause the wood to swell and deform.

Can I use my furniture outside?

You can use your furniture outdoors but don't leave it outside for longer than necessary, as it's not designed to withstand extended exposure to outdoor elements. After use, wipe down the surface with a damp cloth. Leaving your furniture outside may void your warranty.

Do RAD Children's Furniture products contain harmful substances?

We ensure our products are safe and exceed CARB 2 (California Air Resources Board) regulations, which limit formaldehyde emissions to less than 0.05 parts per million. Our products are also NAUF (No Added Urea Formaldehyde) certified. Therefore, all wood used in our products is free from formaldehyde, fire retardant, lead, BPA, PVC, Phthalates, Formadine, and Cadmium. Read more about our materialshere.

Can I order unfinished furniture?

Absolutely! If you want to paint the furniture yourself or prefer it unfinished, let us know with your order. Please note that this may extend lead times.

Do you customize items?

Yes, we do. From customizing our current products to creating entirely unique items. Please email for a quote. Include any dimensions, inspirations, and shipping zip code.

Is RAD Children's Furniture made in the USA?

Warranty and Returns

What is your return and exchange policy?

If you're not satisfied with your RAD Children's Furniture, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Full details of our return policy can be found here.

What is the procedure for returning an item?

If you wish to return an unused, unassembled product, please reach out to us at within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that customers must cover their own return shipping costs. However, we can provide you with a return label using our discounted shipping rates if you'd like.

Do your products have a warranty?

Yes, all our products come with a 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover products damaged by normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents.

What's the process for modifying or canceling my order?

We strive to ship your orders as swiftly as possible. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can cancel or modify it for a full refund. Please get in touch with us at or call 844-723-1234 for assistance.


When can I expect my order?

Shipping estimates are available on each product page. These indicate when the item will be shipped from our woodshop in Los Angeles. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground, and transit may take up to 5-7 business days depending on your location. Please note that our team does not operate on weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed on these days will be shipped on the next business day.

How can I track my order?

You will receive email updates with tracking info when your order ships and when it is delivered. If you need updates prior to shipping, please contact us at info@radchildrensfurniture.

Is international shipping available?

Yes, if UPS delivers in your location, you can place an order with RAD! We currently ship to 235 countries and territories.

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Shipping to the lower 48 states is free on all orders.  For orders to the rest of the world, shipping will be calculated during checkout.  All import duties and fees will also be calculated and paid at checkout to ensure total cost transparency.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Unfortunately, no. All our packages are shipped via UPS.

What should I do if my items are damaged during shipment?

Upon delivery, please inspect each box for any damages or missing items, and make a note of these on the delivery receipt. Then, email us your order number, information about the lost/damaged items, and any photos of damaged parts. This will allow us to coordinate a replacement. Please note that shipping insurance is included in your order by default. If you opt to remove the insurance, replacements may take longer to send.

Gift Cards

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do! RAD Gift Cards make great presents for various occasions, from baby showers to birthdays. They are digital and delivered instantly. You can order them on our website in the Gift Shop or here

Is there an expiration date for RAD gift cards?

No, RAD gift cards do not have an expiration date. They remain valid indefinitely!

Can I return my digital gift card?.

Please note that all gift card sales are final and cannot be returned.


How do I go about placing an order?

You can place your order online by clicking the “add to cart” button and following the checkout instructions. Schools and organizations that prefer not to pay with a credit card can email their Purchase Order to

What payment options are available?

We offer a variety of payment options for your convenience. You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments via ACH, Wire Transfer, Zelle, or check are also acceptable.

Additionally, we offer a payment plan powered by Shop Pay for an easier and more flexible shopping experience. Rates from 0%-36% APR. Do I have to pay sales tax? What if I am exempt from sales tax?

We collect tax in all states as required by economic nexus rules. Currently, only customers in California are required to pay sales tax. If your organization is tax-exempt, please provide proof of your exempt status prior to placing your order and we will waive the tax on your order.

How will I know if my order has been received?
