Imperfections may include: scratches, not perfectly square, or other aesthetic imperfections. All items are still safe for use. Items sold here are sold As-Is and are non-returnable.

What is the defect of the item?

Items sold in this section have minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect safety or functionality. These imperfections may include light scratches, pieces that are not perfectly square, or other aesthetic flaws.

Do the tables come with table legs? What height?

Yes. Our Redux Tables come with one set of table legs of your choice. Please specify your desired table height in the shopping cart notes when placing your order.

Available Table Heights:
• 8 inches (Infants): Ideal for children sitting on the floor
• 13 inches (Toddlers): Works with Toddler Stools and the Cube Chair
• 19 inches (Preschool): Works with Preschool Stools and the Skoolhaus Chair

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Shipping estimates are available on each product page. These indicate when the item will be shipped from our woodshop in Los Angeles. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground, and transit may take up to 5-7 business days depending on your location. Please note that our team does not operate on weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed on these days will be shipped on the next business day.

Is assembly easy? Tools? How do I assemble?

Our furniture requires minimal assembly, needing only an Allen key, which we provide along with online instructions. If your order includes over 20 screws, we'll also include hex drill bits to make assembly quicker. An electric drill could be useful but isn't necessary. You can find all our assembly instructions here.

How should I clean for my RAD furniture?

To clean your furniture, use a non-toxic mixture of vinegar and warm water. Spray the surface and immediately wipe it dry with a clean cloth. Never soak or immerse wooden furniture in water as it can cause the wood to swell and deform.

Can I use my furniture outside?

You can use your furniture outdoors but don't leave it outside for longer than necessary, as it's not designed to withstand extended exposure to outdoor elements. After use, wipe down the surface with a dry cloth. Leaving your furniture outside may void your warranty.

What is your policy on returns and exchanges?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or replacement. Please note, customized or assembled items are non-returnable.
