What is the defect of the item?
Do the tables come with table legs? What height?
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Shipping estimates are available on each product page. These indicate when the item will be shipped from our woodshop in Los Angeles. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground, and transit may take up to 5-7 business days depending on your location. Please note that our team does not operate on weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed on these days will be shipped on the next business day.
Is assembly easy? Tools? How do I assemble?
Our furniture requires minimal assembly, needing only an Allen key, which we provide along with online instructions. If your order includes over 20 screws, we'll also include hex drill bits to make assembly quicker. An electric drill could be useful but isn't necessary. You can find all our assembly instructions here.
How should I clean for my RAD furniture?
To clean your furniture, use a non-toxic mixture of vinegar and warm water. Spray the surface and immediately wipe it dry with a clean cloth. Never soak or immerse wooden furniture in water as it can cause the wood to swell and deform.
Can I use my furniture outside?
You can use your furniture outdoors but don't leave it outside for longer than necessary, as it's not designed to withstand extended exposure to outdoor elements. After use, wipe down the surface with a dry cloth. Leaving your furniture outside may void your warranty.
What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or replacement. Please note, customized or assembled items are non-returnable.

I spent several weeks researching the best quality table and chairs and I’m so glad I found RAD. If you have a toddler that loves to climb, having sturdy and robust furniture is a must. I don’t’ have to worry about the chairs tilting over, or the table buckling under our toddler’s energetic activities. She immediately gravitated to the table the moment I set it up. It’s the perfect height and she comfortably tucks herself in her seating to read, play and eat. We love our table set and with the longer legs, we will have many years a of use.
I work as a therapist and often have littles in my office, I needed a sturdy table that would last at least a couple of years. I ordered the kidney table with the 19” legs and it was a perfect fit for my office! I’ve had no issues with it, it was extremely easy to assemble and seems quite sturdy! I added some adhesive iridescent film to spruce it up, honestly impressed with the quality because even sharpie wipes right off the table!

We purchased a redux chair and table and absolutely loved it! Our 15 month old loves that he has right-sized space for himself and we love that the product is made of non-toxic, high quality materials and is built to last. The flaws are minor/aesthetic and we know these prices are only going to get more wear and tear over the years, so the savings were well worth it! We also love that these peices get a second chance at life and didn’t end up in a landfill.

We love our RAD Redux table! Honestly, it's basically perfect--I can hardly believe we got it for such a great price! And my little man loves it :)
We have two of these stools by the entryway for the kids to put on their shoes, but they get used everywhere. In the kitchen to help with food preparation, in the living room for pretend play, as platforms for block buildings or small world play. We also have the grow stools, but I love the Magda design and its sturdiness for downstairs. If there are flaws, they are minimal. I am so pleased to have snagged these a Redux value. Highly recommend adding these to any household. They are super functional and beautiful.

This is the fourth time I buy a product from RAD and I’m never disappointed of their products neither their service. The quality of the materials they use makes you feel that you made an investment, because their products don’t get broken or damaged they last forever. My daughter has chairs, stools and tables that are growing along with her, with RADs furniture I just need to buy the longer legs for chairs and tables instead of buying a whole new piece, which is also sustainable.
Shortly after purchasing the table, and noting I would pick-up prior to Christmas, the team at RAD called me to let me know that orders to my area usually arrive overnight, and that I could save myself the trip (to LA, which is something!) The table arrive in time for Christmas and is perfect for my son.

What is the height for skoolhaus chair?
The seat height of the Skoolhaus Chair is 11" and the overall height of the back is 18". The chair is compatible with any of our 19" High Preschool Tables.
