Shipping estimates are available on each product page. These indicate when the item will be shipped from our woodshop in Los Angeles. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground, and transit may take up to 5-7 business days depending on your location. Please note that our team does not operate on weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed on these days will be shipped on the next business day.
Is assembly easy? Tools? How do I assemble?
Our furniture requires minimal assembly, needing only an Allen key, which we provide along with online instructions. If your order includes over 20 screws, we'll also include hex drill bits to make assembly quicker. An electric drill could be useful but isn't necessary. You can find all our assembly instructions here.
How should I clean for my RAD furniture?
To clean your furniture, use a non-toxic mixture of vinegar and warm water. Spray the surface and immediately wipe it dry with a clean cloth. Never soak or immerse wooden furniture in water as it can cause the wood to swell and deform.
Can I use my furniture outside?
You can use your furniture outdoors but don't leave it outside for longer than necessary, as it's not designed to withstand extended exposure to outdoor elements. After use, wipe down the surface with a dry cloth. Leaving your furniture outside may void your warranty.
What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or replacement. Please note, customized or assembled items are non-returnable.

We have just received the beautifully crafted long ramp. When we received the triangle, my 1-yr-old grandchild was immediately drawn to it and began to climb! We know the ramp is going to be a very valuable addition to the triangle,

I'm so glad I got the ramp to go along with our RAD's pikler triangle. The quality of all of RAD's products is the best I've seen. I've shopped at a few other similar brands and their products have been subpar and felt less than sturdy. Can't wait to buy more items!!
We had previously purchased the large triangle for a first birthday present and we were so pleased with the quality and how much our little guy enjoyed using it. For this Christmas we decided to add the small ramp. It was wonderful to work with the Rad people and while no other Christmas presents totally awed him, the ramp was a super hit. He could not get enough of sliding, climbing, sending go-gos (aka cars and trucks) down the ramp. Thank you Rad. Highly recommend Rad and the triangle and ramp.

Exactly what we wanted! Kinda slidey so our baby goes really fast down it, so we rest it on the second to top rung and put the bottom on a cushion and it works great.
Our little one barely used her pikler UNTIL we bought this ramp/slide, both from RAD. She loves it! The product is well made (only issue is it seems a bit pricey). But especially during the winter and covid times, this is a great sub for the playground.
RAD was wonderful to work with and gave us a beautiful, sturdy ramp. We needed a ramp that would fit over the large dowels of the Pikler Triangle that we had been gifted. I sent an email asking if it was possible to have a ramp made that would fit over the dowels and they responded quickly that they could help us and at no extra charge. They were super pleasant to work with and the ramp came much faster than I had anticipated. Thanks RAD!
This is the most popular thing in our house. My daughter can play with the ladder and ramp for hours. We couldn’t be happier with this addition to our playroom. It arrived absolutely ready to go. The craftsmanship is incredible. This is an absolute must! Such a hit!

Reversible Climbing Ramp
My 17 month old loves it! She is finally able to develop her motor and critical thinking skills while we are stuck at home! My older daughters (6 and 4) also REALLY love it! It’s like an indoor playground! We can fold it up and store it under the bed 🙌🏻🙌🏻.
