Shipping estimates are available on each product page. These indicate when the item will be shipped from our woodshop in Los Angeles. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground, and transit may take up to 5-7 business days depending on your location. Please note that our team does not operate on weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed on these days will be shipped on the next business day.
Is assembly easy? Tools? How do I assemble?
Our furniture requires minimal assembly, needing only an Allen key, which we provide along with online instructions. If your order includes over 20 screws, we'll also include hex drill bits to make assembly quicker. An electric drill could be useful but isn't necessary. How should I clean for my RAD furniture?
To clean your furniture, use a non-toxic mixture of vinegar and warm water. Spray the surface and immediately wipe it dry with a clean cloth. Never soak or immerse wooden furniture in water as it can cause the wood to swell and deform.
Can I use my furniture outside?
You can use your furniture outdoors but don't leave it outside for longer than necessary, as it's not designed to withstand extended exposure to outdoor elements. After use, wipe down the surface with a dry cloth. Leaving your furniture outside may void your warranty.
What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or replacement. Please note, customized or assembled items are non-returnable.

The furniture is beautiful and incredibly well crafted! We didn’t notice any odors or off gassing, which made us feel comfortable. The instructions were clear enough and it feels very very sturdy. Our daughter also loves it and has helped us with reducing clutter and toy rotation! It looks beautiful, pictured attached including next to the bookshelf.
I absolutely love the look and quality of the toy shelf in my two-year-old's room. The footprint of this shelf is just the right size for her small space, and I love the way that the shelves are tiered for easier access. The fact that it's made with all non-toxic materials made it a must for us!

The best shelf! Super sturdy, clean looking and a great way to get my kids to learn to put things back "in their place". My 2 year old and 10 month old both enjoy their toy shelf and both self select their favorite toys easily.
Love the quality, and that RAD offers non-toxic children's products. Also easy to assemble. (This is our 5th purchase from RAD!)
