When can I expect my order to arrive?
Shipping estimates are available on each product page. These indicate when the item will be shipped from our woodshop in Los Angeles. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground, and transit may take up to 5-7 business days depending on your location. Please note that our team does not operate on weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed on these days will be shipped on the next business day.
Is assembly easy? Tools? How do I assemble?
Our furniture requires minimal assembly, needing only an Allen key, which we provide along with online instructions. If your order includes over 20 screws, we'll also include hex drill bits to make assembly quicker. An electric drill could be useful but isn't necessary. How should I clean for my RAD furniture?
To clean your furniture, use a non-toxic mixture of vinegar and warm water. Spray the surface and immediately wipe it dry with a clean cloth. Never soak or immerse wooden furniture in water as it can cause the wood to swell and deform.
Can I use my furniture outside?
You can use your furniture outdoors but don't leave it outside for longer than necessary, as it's not designed to withstand extended exposure to outdoor elements. After use, wipe down the surface with a dry cloth. Leaving your furniture outside may void your warranty.
What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or replacement. Please note, customized or assembled items are non-returnable.

The Chowki is designed to be a small, portable workstation, which tends to work best for toddlers and young children for short activities like puzzles, drawing, or snack time. We do our best to set clear size expectations by including the product dimensions on the listing, along with photos showing the piece in use with children.
If you’re looking for a larger work surface, we offer several table sizes that may be a better fit. And if your child prefers sitting on the floor, our infant height tables are the same height as the Chowki and can be a great option as well.

Our two year old uses this table for everything: Coloring, eating, step stool, pretend play, and a stage to sing on! (Of course supervised and it’s low enough to the ground that she can navigate safely).
I bought this table for my grandson and it’s wonderful. He sits on the floor and plays and when he wants to eat right he uses the table. Thank you so much for making such quality furniture for children.

My 5 year old enjoys using it daily both indoors and outdoors. It’s light weight which makes it very portable.
