How do the covers clean?

All Figgy covers zip off completely and go straight in the washing machine. Cold water, gentle cycle, tumble dry low. Most families keep a second cover so there's always one ready when the other is in the wash. Covers are available in all fabric and color combinations as individual purchases.

What if my family doesn't love it?

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you and your family don't love it within 30 days, contact us and we'll arrange a full refund. In practice, our return rate is extremely low — most families are using it every day within the first week. But the 30-day window is there so you can try it with complete confidence.

What is the 10-year warranty?

Figgy warrants the foam core against deterioration for 10 years from date of purchase — the longest warranty in the play couch category by a significant margin. If your foam breaks down or loses its shape under normal use, we replace it. This is possible because we use commercial-grade CertiPUR-US certified foam, not cheap import foam.
