When can I expect my order to arrive?
Shipping estimates are available on each product page. These indicate when the item will be shipped from our woodshop in Los Angeles. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground, and transit may take up to 5-7 business days depending on your location. Please note that our team does not operate on weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed on these days will be shipped on the next business day.
Is assembly easy? Tools? How do I assemble?
Our furniture requires minimal assembly, needing only an Allen key, which we provide along with online instructions. If your order includes over 20 screws, we'll also include hex drill bits to make assembly quicker. An electric drill could be useful but isn't necessary. You can find all our assembly instructions here.
How should I clean for my RAD furniture?
To clean your furniture, use a non-toxic mixture of vinegar and warm water. Spray the surface and immediately wipe it dry with a clean cloth. Never soak or immerse wooden furniture in water as it can cause the wood to swell and deform.
Can I use my furniture outside?
You can use your furniture outdoors but don't leave it outside for longer than necessary, as it's not designed to withstand extended exposure to outdoor elements. After use, wipe down the surface with a dry cloth. Leaving your furniture outside may void your warranty.
What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or replacement. Please note, customized or assembled items are non-returnable.

As grandparents we bought this toddler tower to be at our home for our visiting grandchildren. It is so wonderful watching them, pull it around the kitchen. To be able to participate in cooking, helping out and even doing dishes!
We ended up buying three more toddler towers to ship to our kids homes for the grandchildren to have at their place. It has been my go to gift for baby showers. It gets used way more than we had anticipated. Well designed and excellent quality!
Perfect for 10 month old. She really likes playing with things on top of it. She'll be able to use for years.
This is wonderful for my two-under-two. Easy to assemble and plenty of room even for a third toddler! Very easy to move around the kitchen as well (i.e. not too heavy) but still very stable. I added a stair tread traction strip to the edge of the top and the step to give kids a little more traction when wearing socks. 🙂 Picture taken before traction was added.
The build is well thought out for easy assembly and they provided a hand tool plus a bit for powered drill which was a novel addition from my experience with mailed assemble at home furniture.
The shelf itself is sturdy, smooth sanded for safety, and looks really nice in our space.
The capacity is great - with our shelf currently holding 40 books (about 16-17 clearly visible covers and others set behind for rotation) - and feels like it will last for years to come as we see our little one grow into an independent reader.
Certainly a product I would recommend and makes me more likely to look at buying their other stuff in the future!

Toddler Tower opens up a whole new world at cabinet height level. So many new sightings and items up here. Our new helper has action abound. The product is very well built, safe and the natural wood finish looks great. Love it.
As soon as books landed on the shelf, our kiddo was excited to crawl over and start engaging with them. The shelf is sturdy, fits a good number of books, and fits well in our space. The anchoring hardware that was included works great. Highly recommended!

I am so impressed with the Toddler Tower! I researched so many different towers before choosing this one and I’m glad I did. My 16 month old son is obsessed. He loves to help prep his food, eat at the island, and be at the sink. He isn’t a climber, he has never even used his pikler from another brand. He climbed right up this as soon as I got it and I am amazed at how confident it makes him! It has a spot for him to grab on to when climbing. One of the main reasons I chose this one is because it is shorter than others and I like his table and chair from RAD. I can slide it under the island and it has a small footprint. It’s sturdy, but light enough for him to push it. He could hang out here all day!

I teach Kindergarten and I ADORE this shelf for displaying all of our monthly read aloud books! It’s the perfect height for my students, and is beautifully made. Easy to assemble, and will absolutely be a staple in my classroom for years to come.
It can be easily assembled within minutes. The space is large enough for so many books for a eager reader. The texture is smooth and solid that no safety concerns occur.
This shelf is the perfect size and height for my young child. She absolutely loves seeing her books displayed, and can't wait to go pick out her favorites for story time!

Very pleased! The wide learning tower is plenty big enough for both kids at the counter. They even included a drill bit as well as the alan wrench, so I was able to put it together pretty quickly. Shipped UPS, box had a couple good dings, but was packed well enough that it didn't matter. Would recommend and we'll probably look here first as our needs evolve.
I don’t know what I was expecting, but this blew away any of my expectations. Beautiful piece of furniture that is appropriately heavy (feels very solid), and books fit perfectly. I thought shelves may be too narrow for some of the bigger board books based on pictures, but there is plenty of room as shelves are deeper than I thought. It was super easy to assemble, and it came with an a hex wrench and drill bit. Drill bit was a super nice touch and made assembling even easier. I could assemble it as one person who has limited assembly experience. If you are new to assembly, like me, make sure to install an anti-tip kit! There are instructions on RAD's website, or on youtube. Our child absolutely loves this and I was able to assemble the entire thing very quickly. So beautiful and so happy with it! They love running and picking their books and it helps them (and us) by removing visual clutter. She loves picking out books even more now that they face forward and makes book rotation easier. We got the learning tower for my baby turning one and he absolutely loves it. When he crawls into the kitchen he immediately climbs up it and loves to look around. It also motivates him to stand unassisted for long periods of time which I think is getting him more confident to start walking. I’m also really impressed how quickly he learned to crawl up it and back out without any help. I’m so glad we have this I can see it being a household favorite for a long time!
