Shipping estimates are available on each product page. These indicate when the item will be shipped from our woodshop in Los Angeles. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground, and transit may take up to 5-7 business days depending on your location. Please note that our team does not operate on weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed on these days will be shipped on the next business day.
Is assembly easy? Tools? How do I assemble?
Our furniture requires minimal assembly, needing only an Allen key, which we provide along with online instructions. If your order includes over 20 screws, we'll also include hex drill bits to make assembly quicker. An electric drill could be useful but isn't necessary. You can find all our assembly instructions here.
How should I clean for my RAD furniture?
To clean your furniture, use a non-toxic mixture of vinegar and warm water. Spray the surface and immediately wipe it dry with a clean cloth. Never soak or immerse wooden furniture in water as it can cause the wood to swell and deform.
Can I use my furniture outside?
You can use your furniture outdoors but don't leave it outside for longer than necessary, as it's not designed to withstand extended exposure to outdoor elements. After use, wipe down the surface with a dry cloth. Leaving your furniture outside may void your warranty.
What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or replacement. Please note, customized or assembled items are non-returnable.

The responsive and helpful team at RAD kindly left my order unfinished so that I could apply stain and I’m pleased with the result. This table has been a great purchase for our toddler. Excellent quality, feels very solid and durable, comfortable for our toddler to use and bonus, it’s a beautiful looking piece of furniture! Our toddler uses the kidney table daily. It also doubles as a great foot rest for the adults. I bought a redux kidney table and John gave me very clear details and pictures of the defect and honestly, I would not have noticed it and it makes no difference to the functionality of the table. Very impressed with their craftsmanship and customer service.

I recently purchased a table from RADS Children's Furniture for my kindergarten-aged son, and it’s been a perfect fit for his needs. The spacious surface, the ideal height, and the sturdy, well-made construction are exactly what we were looking for.

This is a perfect little table for my small preschool. It was extremely easy to assemble with no equipment required. It fits four student chairs perfectly and a spot for the teacher. Can't wait to have small group here!

I love the toddler height square table. At first I wasn't sure if to get that one or the infant one for my 12 month old at the time but the Chat representative was very helpful and suggested the toddler would be the best option for us. I paired it with the Montessori cube chair and it's perfect! My son uses the table all the time in the kitchen, out on the deck, in the living room -- he will sit down and eat and other times he'll use it to play. The table is sturdy and easy to clean. It is heavy to lift with just one hand if my other one is occupied holding my toddler. I like how it has rounded edges and corners. It is level on wood, tile, and carpet flooring.
