RAD SEO Reporting Privacy
Effective date: October 28, 2026
This notice describes the RAD SEO Reporting connection operated by RAD Children’s Furniture. It applies to this reporting tool, separately from the store’s shopping and checkout privacy information.
Data accessed and purpose
When an authorized operator connects a Google account, the tool requests read-only Google Search Console access. It can retrieve the properties available to that account and performance information such as clicks, impressions, click-through rates, average positions, search queries, page URLs, dates, countries, and devices. RAD uses selected website data to evaluate search performance, compare reporting periods, and prepare SEO recommendations.
The reporting connection does not request Gmail, Google Drive, payment, or Shopify customer-order data. It does not retrieve the identities of individual website visitors from Search Console.
Storage and processing
Google OAuth client credentials and authorization tokens are stored locally and encrypted using Windows user protection. Saved performance exports and reports are stored in RAD’s local workspace and are retained until the operator deletes them.
Requested data, summaries, and recommendations can be transmitted to and processed by OpenAI through RAD’s ChatGPT/Codex account to provide the requested analysis. Chat content, tool outputs, and any synchronized files are subject to that account’s settings, applicable service terms, and retention controls. This tool does not configure those provider controls. Its operator must use settings appropriate for the connected Google data.
Data sharing and use
The connection communicates with Google to authorize and retrieve data and uses ChatGPT/Codex for the reporting workflow described above. It does not contain features that sell Google data, serve targeted advertising from it, or publish private performance reports on these information pages. Access to locally saved reports is managed by RAD.
RAD SEO Reporting’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable. Any change in the tool’s data access or use must be disclosed before the expanded use begins, with renewed authorization where required.
Disconnecting and deletion
You can revoke the tool’s access in your Google Account connections. Revocation stops future access after existing access tokens cease to be valid; it does not automatically erase saved exports, reports, or chat history. The operator can remove local credentials and reports and use the relevant ChatGPT/Codex account controls to manage retained conversations and files.
