RAD SEO Reporting Terms of Use

RAD SEO Reporting is a private reporting tool operated by RAD Children’s Furniture for authorized operators reviewing the business’s website search performance.

Authorized use

Connect only a Google account and Search Console properties you are authorized to access. The tool requests read-only Search Console access for performance reporting. This connection does not authorize website edits, changes to Google settings, or additional Google permissions.

Reports and recommendations

Reports depend on Google’s available data, reporting delays, privacy filtering, API limits, and the filters and dates selected. Average position is an aggregate metric, not a guaranteed position for every search. AI-generated analysis may contain errors and should be checked against the underlying evidence before action is taken. The tool makes no guarantee of rankings, traffic, sales, or uninterrupted availability.

Operator responsibilities

Operators must protect credentials and reports, review proposed changes before implementation, and use the tool consistently with Google’s applicable terms and data policies and the applicable ChatGPT/Codex service terms and account controls. Recurring reviews depend on valid authorization, available usage capacity, and the local computer and app being available.

Data handling and stopping use

Data handling is described in the RAD SEO Reporting Privacy notice. An operator can stop the reporting schedule and revoke Google authorization. Disconnecting does not automatically delete previously saved reports or conversations.

These terms describe the reporting tool and do not replace the store’s purchase, shipping, return, or warranty terms. No separate subscription is charged by this local connection; use of Google, ChatGPT/Codex, and other existing services remains subject to their applicable terms and limits.
